About These Terms And Conditions

In the context of this website, “we”, “our” and “us” means princess-trade.com.au Trinity Trade Pty Ltd ABN 83 130 294 718 and “you” and “your” means you, customer of this website.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Australian Sales Only

We sell and ship Products only within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

Legal Capacity To Transact

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with us.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with us.

Payment Methods And Processing

We accept Paypal (Visa, Master card and bank account), Direct Bank Deposit or Internet Banking.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business

Delivery

You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout from placing your order. The estimated delivery times are in working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Normal delivery is within 2 to 14 working days from the date of payment of your order.

We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Warranty

We aimed to sell great products with warranty support where possible. All items come with 1 year warranty support.
Warranty is valid within Australia only.
All item Accessories not cover by the warranty.

Returns Policy

1. DOA (Dead on Arrival)
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 14 days.

Our Customer Service member will provisionally determine whether the Product is DOA.
Where a Product is provisionally determined as DOA we will arrange to replace the Product.

2. Faulty after 14 days from the date of dispatch(Normal Warranty Condition)
Under Normal Warranty Condition, we will be repaired or replaced at our discretion with no charge for parts or labour.
Replacement of the Product or a part does not extend or restart the Warranty period.

For an item needs to be returned after the 14 days from the date of dispatch, return postage will be at the buyer's expense

We will not accept the return of a product without approve from our Customer Service Team.
Where possible, the product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals,
documentation and registration that was delivered with the product.

Refunds Policy

• No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged , we will send a replacement.
• No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
• No refunds are offered if the package not keep in brand new condition.
• No refunds are offered after 14 days.
• Shipping costs is non-refundable.

GST

All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products purchases from princess-trade.com website include GST

Our Liability

Princess Trade, nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, shall in no event accept liability for any injury or damages whether they be consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, or of any other form. Such damages include, but are not limited to: pure economic loss, data loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of business profits.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of us, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Security

When you register your personal details to establish an account or to place an order, a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this website. We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
