1. Can I pickup my item I won?

We are sorry that pickups are not possible because we sell on behalf of a number of large wholesales or trader. They will ship the items directly from their warehouses around whole Australia

2. How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on?

We tried to give out all the technical specifications we have in the listing as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Although our technical team are keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods, we don't always have the expertise to answer the very detailed and technical questions. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not, we often suggest to our bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the internet. There are websites that provide a lot of technical information on a wide range of product, which can assist in your purchase decision. Of course, in some cases, if the buyer look for the expert installer, we can give out all the we have

3. Where can I find out the installer to fit the item?

We can provide all the installer or shop contact and price range we have which close to your area. Of course, the buyer should make their own decision to employ them or not. We do not take any responsibility for any money problem or installation warranty problem between the buyer and installer.

4. Can I fit the item by myself?

We can provide all the wiring diagram and the menu we have. The buyer can try to install by themselve. However, the buyer should take all the responsibility for any damage for your car or product during the installation. The warranty is not covered the phyical damage because of the installation.

2. Can you ship multiple items together to save on the shipping?
Of Course. We can offer 30% off discount on the shipping and handling fee of each additional item paid at the same time. You will be charged full shipping and handling for the item with the highest shipping and handle fee and each additional item will be charged at 70% their shipping and handling fee. Please refer back to the listing for the shipping rates for particular items. (Some time if your item is too large this discount will unable to offer)

You are required to wait for ALL your items to end and e-mail us say you need to ship multiple item.
If your items are not paid for at the same time during Checkout we will not be able to offer a discount. We are unable to make any exceptions.
Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount.

3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment via internet bank transfer as this allows us to speed up your order. We also accept Direct Deposit, Money Order , Paypal & Paymate.
We are unable to accept COD, Pick Up and Cheque.

4. How long do I have to pay for an item?

 

 

In the listing we state that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at princesstradeaustralia@gmail.com and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

5. Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?

 

 

Yes. We can issue a tax invoice via email on request. Please info us if you need it.

6. Is GST included in the final bid price?

 

 

Yes. The final bid price on eBay is inclusive of the GST. All prices quoted are inclusive of the GST, such as shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery Related:


1. Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?

We using Australia Post Service (Express post /Register) and TOLL (Courier).

2. Can I pickup my item?

We are sorry that pickups are not possible because we sell on behalf of a number of large wholesales or trader. They will ship the items directly from their warehouses around whole Australia.

3. Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?

Yes, some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

4. Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?

Yes, in most cases your item can be delivered to a P.O. Box address, but please note that you will be required to sign for your parcel upon collection at your local post office and will be required to show proof of ID. Pallets & large items such as large TVs can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

5. Are parcels covered by transit insurance?

Not all the item covered by insurance. (Please Check in the listing )But we will provide a track number for your parcel so you can easily find out the you parcel.

If you have not received your item within 7days after your confirmed your payment, please contact us at princesstradeaustralia@gmail.com within 30 days from the date of payment otherwise we will be unable to trace it.

Warranty and Return Related:


1. Are PRINCESS TRADE AUSTRALIA products covered by warranty?

We aimed to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with one year warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

All the item Accessories not cover by the warranty. For example if you buy a Car Alarm System most parts is covered by the warranty but the battery in the remotes are not cover by the warranty.

2. Who should I contact for a warranty claim?

Many of our items come with full manufacturer's warranty and we would ask you to look for the warranty card inside the box, and liaise directly with the manufacturer where instructed. For our assistance with regards to warranty and returns please email princesstradeaustralia@gmail.com. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

3. Is Warranty transferable?

No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are not able to make any exceptions.

4. What is your Returns Policy?

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email princesstradeaustralia@gmail.com

5. What is your Returns Policy after 7 days?

If an item needs to be returned after the 14 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense. You have to e-mail us before you return anything.

6. What is your Refunds Policy?

No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged , we will send a replacement.

No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.

No refunds are offered if the package not keep in brand new condition.

No refunds are offered after 7 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will use internet bank transfer to make refund only if we are unable to replace the item and if we are contacted within 7 days from the dispatch.

7. Is warranty extended if an item is replaced ?

The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

8. If I bought a product but the battery life is very short can I get a refund?

If the problem is battery life, we suggest you use the Heavy Duty or rechargeable battery. It will solve the problem normally. We will not offer any refund for this problem.

9. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?

Your ebay user ID will act as your proof or purchase. If you require to send back any item please attach a paper write down you user ID and reason for return. Otherwise we are unable to process your return item. We will not response for any item return with no attach information.

10. Can I drop returns back to Princess Trade Australia?

No, we are sorry that we do not allow pick up's or drop off's.

11. If i found any errors on the page , can i ask for a refund?

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional. We'd suggested not more than 7 days to file the case otherwise we will close the file and we'll have the right to determind the case as a final results.
